Bees Nees Early Learning is a small, family owned and operated service, licensed for just 30 children a day, aged between 18 months and 5 years. We pride ourselves on the personalised service that we offer to our families, children and the local community. Unlike larger centres, our size allows us to build genuine relationships and maintain a calm, supportive environment where every team member is valued, respected, and known as an individual - not just a number.

An prospect has become available for a :

Full time Trainee (Certificate 3), working Monday - Friday, 38 hours a week, between operating hours 7.30am to 5.30pm, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Role and Responsibility

· To work in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care;

· Work in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Early Childhood Australia;

· Implementing the service’s philosophy in daily practice;





· To assist the team to provide the highest quality care and education to children

· To achieve Certificate III in Early Childhood and Education

About you:

We're looking for someone who:

- Is passionate about working with young children

- Holds a current Working With Children Check or willing to obtain one

- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Has the ability to work as a part of a team.

- Great work ethic and a commitment towards your studies

- Does not hold a Certificate III qualification in any field to be eligible for the Traineeship.

- Is over 18 years of age
