Site Manager – High-End Residential Manage multiple luxury residential projects valued from $3 million

An established high-end residential builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple luxury projects across Sydney.

You will manage several projects concurrently, each valued at $3 million or more. this is a genuine leadership role suited to someone who can maintain control across multiple sites without compromising quality, programme or client expectations.

The role
Oversee multiple high-end residential projects from construction through to handover
Manage and support the site teams across each project
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and construction programmes
Maintain exceptional standards of quality, presentation and workmanship
Monitor site safety, compliance, costs and project timeframes
Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects and consultants
Identify and resolve construction issues before they affect delivery
Provide clear reporting across each project

What we’re looking for
Carpentry or trade background
At least five years’ experience managing high-end residential projects




Experience delivering luxury homes valued at $3 million or more
Strong construction knowledge and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects or site teams
Confident managing demanding clients, consultants and subcontractors
Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills
Current NSW driver’s licence
Relevant construction qualifications and White Card
