Key Responsibilities
Preventative Maintenance: Carry out routine servicing, safety audits, and mechanical overhauls across the fleet.
Advanced Diagnostics:



Perform rapid fault-finding on engines, hydraulic systems, suspensions, and brakes.
Compliance & Safety: Conduct pre-registration inspections and sign-offs to uphold strict transport safety legislation.
Asset Tracking: Maintain detailed electronic job cards and digital service logs for auditing.

What You Need to Qualify
Trade Qualification: Cert III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Heavy Commercial, or Mobile Plant).
Safety Ticket: Current Construction Industry White Card.
Driver's Licence: Valid Driver's Licence (MR or HR licence highly regarded).
Compliance: Australian Working Rights and willingness to complete a National Police Check (standard requirement for government facilities).
