Protech is seeking a Civil Labourer with an MR Truck Licence for a local Roads & Maintenance company based in Nerang.

Immediate start
Ongoing casual position
Predominantly night shift work (Sunday to Thursday)
Fortnightly pay
$42.95 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
Penalties and allowances applicable
Key Duties
Set up and repair road signage on the M1
Install and repair guardrails
Use of hand and power tools
Upkeep and maintenance, including clearing overgrowth and maintaining roadside vegetation to ensure safety and visibility.
General civil labouring duties
Operate plant and equipment
Spot machinery on site
Traffic control activities
Set up and dismantle worksite equipment
Maintain a secure and clean work environment
Essential Requirements
Construction White Card
MR or HR Driver Licence (mandatory)
Ability to work away from home when required
Reliable transport
Ability to work night shifts and weekends
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Desirable (Not Essential)
EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
Working at Heights ticket

Traffic Management Implementation (TMI)
Ideal Candidate
Someone with civil construction or road maintenance experience who is comfortable working night shifts, holds the required traffic management qualifications, and has a current MR/HR licence.
This role would suit candidates with backgrounds in civil labouring, road maintenance, traffic control, guardrail installation, or infrastructure maintenance.
