Complete Staff Solutions are building a pool of reliable and experienced civil construction workers, road workers, building & construction labourers, and plant operators for a range of opportunities across the Northern Rivers region.
Opportunities are available across Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore, Goonellabah, Casino and Kyogle, working with construction companies, civil contractors, landscaping businesses and local councils.

What You’ll Need
To be successful, you’ll have:
White Card (mandatory)
Relevant tickets and licences for plant and equipment, where required
Previous experience
Recent employment history with at least two work references
Positive physical fitness and the ability to perform hands on tasks
Reliable transport and a solid work ethic
A positive attitude and commitment to secure work practices
