We are currently seeking two experienced Scraper Operators to join a busy civil construction team at Badgerys Creek, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for operators with proven scraper experience to secure immediate work on a large-scale earthworks project. Successful candidates will be operating CAT 637 Scrapers and must be confident working in a production-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CAT 637 Scrapers safely and efficiently
Perform bulk earthworks and material movement
Complete daily pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance checks




Follow site safety procedures and project requirements
Work collaboratively with supervisors and other plant operators to meet production targets

Requirements
Proven experience operating CAT 637 Scrapers
Current Construction White Card
Solid commitment to safety and site procedures
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced earthmoving environment
Reliable transport and strong work ethic
