Join CJD Equipment in this newly created role as our next National Key Accounts Manager – Aftermarket (CE) and take the lead in shaping the future of aftermarket success.

In this high-impact position, you’ll own and grow key national accounts—unlocking opportunities across Parts, Service, Customer Support Agreements and Connected Services.

You’ll work at the centre of our business, aligning Sales, Service and Parts teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maximise equipment uptime.

What you’ll do:
Build and strengthen relationships with major national customers
Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue and profitability
Identify lifecycle opportunities from commissioning through to rebuild and replacement
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
Analyse fleet data and performance to uncover growth opportunities
Influence customer outcomes through commercial insight and robust negotiation

What you’ll bring:
Proven success in Key Account Management within a similar industry




Solid aftermarket experience across Parts, Service or equipment support
Commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into results
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills
A proactive, results-driven approach and willingness to travel nationally
