Join a Growing Hospital-Grade Infusion Clinic | Flexible Hours
TopDoc Infusion Clinic is a dedicated outpatient infusion service delivering hospital-grade care in a modern, patient-focused workplace. We operate under established clinical protocols, are progressing through NSQHS accreditation, and are continuing to expand our range of infusion services.
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our infusion team. Someone clinically confident, calm under pressure, highly skilled in cannulation, and exceptional with patients.
The Role
You’ll deliver a wide variety of IV therapies, including:
Iron infusions (Ferinject, Monofer, etc.)
Zoledronic acid (Aclasta, Zometa)
Intralipids
Biologic infusions
You’ll work alongside another Registered Nurse as part of a buddy RN model, providing safe, productive and high-quality infusion care.
The role also includes team leadership responsibilities, requiring you to support other nursing staff, maintain clinical standards, and operate with a high degree of autonomy and critical thinking.
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 4 years’ clinical experience
Previous iron infusion experience is essential (applications without this will not be considered)
Advanced cannulation skills, including difficult IV access
Strong clinical judgement and ability to work autonomously
Comfortable supporting and leading other nursing staff
Warm, reassuring bedside manner
Thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
BLS & ALS certification desirable

Hours
Regular shifts are available on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with opportunities for additional shifts as the clinic continues to grow.
