About the role

We are seeking a motivated, organised and friendly Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our growing civil construction team based in Coomera. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a wide-ranging role, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a fast-paced construction setting. You will be the first point of contact for the business while providing essential administrative support to our project, accounts, and management teams.

Key responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to general enquiries
Greeting visitors, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Managing emails, correspondence and general office enquiries
Providing administration support to project and management teams
Data entry and maintaining accurate company records
Filing, scanning and document management
Assisting with purchase orders, invoices and accounts administration
Coordinating office supplies and general office requirements
Assisting with employee and subcontractor documentation




Supporting compliance, onboarding and project administration

About you
Friendly, professional and approachable
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Confident communicating with people at all levels
Comfortable working in a busy construction workplace
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Previous administration or reception experience is preferred but not essential
Experience in construction or a similar industry will be highly regarded
