We're recruiting for a large, complex organisation seeking an experienced AI Solutions Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership across the design, build and delivery of AI solutions on both Microsoft and AWS platforms.
This is a technical leadership role, not purely strategy. You'll be designing and building AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot and AWS Bedrock, while mentoring developers and guiding delivery from proof-of-concept through to production.

What you'll be doing:
Designing and building AI agents, copilots and automation solutions across Microsoft and AWS
Translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and integration patterns
Implementing orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG and knowledge grounding
Leading integration with enterprise data sources, APIs and knowledge repositories
Mentoring developers and solution builders, and providing technical leadership across POCs,



pilots and production delivery
Embedding security, governance and Responsible AI practices into every solution
Supporting formal AI risk assessment and governance processes

What you'll bring:
Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
Solid hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and cloud-native AI services
Solid software development and API integration background
Experience with prompt engineering, agent development and RAG architectures
Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience
Experience in regulated or government environments highly regarded
