We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, takes pride in outstanding coffee, and delivers excellent customer service. You’ll be involved in all aspects of daily operations and be a key part of creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Provide friendly, efficient customer service
Assist with food preparation and serving (where required)
Maintain cleanliness of the café, including coffee machines, counters, and dining areas
Restock supplies and assist with stock rotation
Support the team during busy periods
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
About You
Previous barista experience needed
Confident using a coffee machine and basic latte art (essential)
Friendly, positive attitude with solid communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Able to work well in a team and independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Flexible availability, including weekends and early starts
