ANC is seeking experienced and skilled Delivery Professionals (Owner Drivers) interested in operating Electric Vehicles as part of our growing last-mile delivery network across Melbourne.

We are building a talent community of reliable transport and logistics professionals to support current and future delivery opportunities with leading retail and commercial customers.

We are seeking individuals who:
Have experience in the transport, delivery, courier, freight, or logistics industry
Hold a current Australian Driver Licence
Operate, or are interested in operating, an Electric Vehicle for delivery work
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Are safety-focused, reliable, and professional
Have strong communication and time management skills
Are committed to delivering a premium customer experience

Successful Delivery Specialists may be engaged in:
Last-mile delivery services
Multi-drop metropolitan routes
Residential and commercial deliveries




Retail and freight distribution
Dedicated and scheduled delivery runs

To be considered, applicants must be able to provide:
Current Australian Driver Licence
Active ABN registered as a Pty Ltd Company
Current WorkCover Insurance
Current Public Liability Insurance
Current Vehicle Registration
Proof of Australian Working Rights
Any customer-specific onboarding and compliance requirements

Additional compliance documentation may be required depending on the delivery program and customer requirements.
