Key Duties
Prepare high-quality coffee including espresso, latte, cappuccino, flat white, piccolo and iced coffee.
Operate and maintain commercial coffee machines, grinders and other café equipment.
Take customer orders, process payments and provide friendly, productive customer service.
Prepare tea, juices, smoothies, shakes and other café beverages as required.
Assist with basic food preparation, plating and serving.
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic coffee station, front counter and dining area.
Restock coffee, milk, cups, takeaway packaging and other supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety standards.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Support other team members with general café duties as required.
Contribute to a welcoming, positive and skilled café workplace.
