We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Ultratune Campbelltown. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical mindset who thrives in a customer-facing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.
Advise customers on required services and repairs, providing explicit estimates.
Schedule and manage bookings using the workshop booking system.
Respond to online enquiries and emails.
Handle customer phone enquiries.
Coordinate with suppliers as required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment.
Report directly to the Workshop Managers.
Participate in training as provided.

Qualifications & Skills
Mechanical knowledge preferred.
Current driver’s Licence with manual transmission capability.
Positive communication and customer service skills.

Position Details
Location: Ultratune Campbelltown
Working Schedule: 6 days per week
Reporting To: Workshop Managers
Three-month probation period applies.
Above Award wage

Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
