Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation.
Manage food prep and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Work efficiently within a team to meet service demands during peak times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and innovate new menu items.
Oversee stock control, ensuring kitchen supplies are well-maintained and ordered in a timely manner.
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness, in line with health and safety regulations.




Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a qualified chef in a busy kitchen environment.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure and in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
