Ezy Clean Soak Tanks is a privately owned, family-operated Australian business providing specialised cleaning equipment and solutions to the hospitality industry.

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Business Development Representative to join our growing team and help expand our customer base across the commercial hospitality industry.

About the Role

x2 positions available. The role will involve a combination of regular face-to-face customer interaction, cold calling, lead follow-up and customer relationship management.

IMMEDIATE START

Salary: $60,000 + super + car allowance or company car

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers within the commercial hospitality industry.
Book and attend regular customer demonstrations or site visits.
Follow up leads generated through cold calling, marketing, referrals etc.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Identify businesses that could benefit from an Ezy Clean Soak Tank.
Make outbound phone calls and confidently introduce our products and services.
Provide quotations.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information within our CRM.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects.




Work closely with the operations and management team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is favourable, not required
Confident speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
Motivated by achieving targets and making sales.
Can build rapport quickly with different types of people.
Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple leads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computers, email and CRM systems.
Can work independently while also contributing to a small team.
Has a positive and skilled attitude.
Has a current Full Australian driver's licence.
