About the Role:
Fleet & Fleet customer Sales Leadership
Define and execute fleet and fleet customer sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets
Manage the full lifecycle of strategic fleet customers, including large corporates and leasing companies
Lead negotiations for major projects, annual sourcing, and long-term strategic partnerships
Business Development
Identify, evaluate, and develop recent fleet and B2B business opportunities, including strategic partnerships
Proactively build relationships with new customers, business and leasing and rental partners
Explore new go-to-market approaches to drive scalable fleet growth
Develop business cases and partnership proposals for new opportunities
Work closely with internal stakeholders to launch recent fleet-related business initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in fleet sales, business development, or corporate sales within the automotive or fleet industry
Solid negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
