Motive 3PL is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable and experienced Casual Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Yagoona. You’ll work behind the scenes supporting a range of exciting brands—from receiving current products and managing inventory to picking, packing and getting customer orders out the door.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a rapid-moving setting, takes pride in accuracy and is always ready to jump in and help the team.
We’re particularly interested in someone with good weekday availability and previous experience in warehousing, pick and pack, inventory control or third-party logistics. Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) is highly regarded.
Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours and are available between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (3+ days a week availability preferred, but not essential). Preference will be given to candidates who can work consistently across several weekdays and offer additional availability during busy periods.
