We are seeking a quick-paced, energetic Leading Hand Carpenter to run a crew of 3 apprentices. We specialise in high-quality steel and timber framing, delivering top-tier workmanship across our projects. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and direct a dedicated crew of 3 apprentices, ensuring daily targets and build schedules are met.
Hands-on construction with a strong focus on exact steel and timber framing.
Maintain strict site safety standards and enforce correct safety protocols across the crew.
Manage workflow, material staging, and quality control on site.
Requirements
Trade Certificate in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent).
Extensive experience in structural steel and timber framing.
Robust leadership, communication, and site management skills.
Uncompromised commitment to workplace health and safety.
