Key Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement process and subcontract award negotiations.
Oversee monthly progress claims and variations for subcontractors.
Perform detailed cost reporting and financial forecasting for the project.
Ensure all contractual documentation complies with project specifications.
Support the Project Manager with budget management and final accounts.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the building sector.
Local WA experience is favourable
Solid understanding of commercial contracts and procurement strategies.
Proficiency in construction-specific financial and project software.
Excellent negotiation skills and high-level attention to detail.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.
