The successful candidate will be eager to learn new skills, enthusiastic to immerse themselves in a business and may be currently studying (university or TAFE) with a Business or Administrative focus.
Although, more importantly, they will be a natural people's person who has experience in sales or an eagerness to learn to sell. Other key criteria include a high level of organisation, motivation, and a desire to grow a career within our dynamic organisation.

What do you do?
Aid in business administration
Rostering of temporary staff
Data entry/reporting
Candidate interviews
Candidate care
Attend meetings with other members of the team to expand your skillset and employability

Ability to communicate professionally with the team and candidates
An interest in business, or one of the 5 industries we specialise in
A drive to succeed and converse with people you have not yet met
Ambitious, motivated, and keen to grow within the organisation
