About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be an important part of our patients' experience, providing friendly and professional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients
Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
Booking and managing appointments
Processing payments and Medicare claims




Managing patient records and correspondence
Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
Maintaining a high standard of customer service

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Previous medical reception experience highly desirable
Warm, friendly and professional
Confident communicating with patients and healthcare professionals
Highly organised and able to multitask
Reliable, punctual and a great team player
Comfortable working in a busy environment

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, solid work ethic and genuine commitment to patient care.
