As we continue to expand our Victorian dealership network, we are seeking an organised, proactive Vehicle Registration & Stock Coordinator to join our brand-current BYD Berwick dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily vehicle stock movements, including vehicle arrivals, transfers and allocations
Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and update internal systems
Coordinate vehicle registrations and registration-related documentation
Liaise with VicRoads and relevant internal teams regarding vehicle registrations
Prepare, check and submit registration documents
Track registration status and follow up outstanding matters
Coordinate with Sales, Delivery and other departments to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery
Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, stock and registration information
Provide general administrative support for stock and registration activities
About You
Previous experience in automotive dealerships, vehicle registration or stock control is highly desirable
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Good understanding of vehicle registration processes is an advantage
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
A valid Australian driver's licence
