Powerwin Automotive is Australia’s trusted name in reconditioned OEM window regulators and motors, supplying quality parts for almost all makes and models.
We service customers Australia-wide through our phone/online ordering and dispatch system, and also provide a pick-up and fitting service from our Banyo workshop.

We’re looking for a keen, enthusiastic team player who has a genuine passion for cars and a robust desire to learn. You don’t need previous experience, we’ll provide full training to help you succeed.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll develop both technical and customer service skills.

Your responsibilities will include:
Counter and Phone sales
Packing and dispatching customer orders
Identifying parts and learning how our systems work





You’ll gain the product knowledge and confidence needed to assist customers and contribute to our sales team’s success.

About You
You have a genuine interest in cars and curiosity about how they work
You’re reliable, willing to learn, and enjoy working as part of a small team
You have good communication skills and can multitask in a busy workplace
Strong memory retention and the ability to recall information
Any previous experience in Customer Service is a bonus

Salary starting at $55,000 per year + Super
