About the Role

As a Service Concierge at Wollongong Mazda, you will be the face & voice of our Service Department, ensuring every customer who walks through our doors receives outstanding care. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide outstanding customer service, by meeting and greeting customers on their arrival.
Directing customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts enquiries.
Addressing customer enquiries; offering assistance or directing them as needed in a professional manner
Liaising with Service Advisors and workshop staff to ensure customer needs and expectations are communicated effectively.




Maintaining a professional and welcoming workplace for all customers.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Have a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
The highest possible standard of customer service skills.
Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
The ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Current Driver's License.
The ability to remain calm and skilled in a rapid-paced environment.
