Fricken is looking for a solid full time kitchen team member to join our team and work closely alongside our current Kitchen Manager.

This is not a short term casual role. We are looking for someone reliable, steady and genuinely looking for a long term position with a growing food brand.

You do not need to be a qualified chef, but you do need to care about doing things properly. Our kitchen runs on systems, consistency, prep standards, food safety and teamwork. If you like structure, clear expectations and being part of a solid team, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you will be involved in:
Kitchen prep
Cooking and service
Stock rotation and organisation
Cleaning and food safety procedures
Following Fricken recipes and systems
Supporting the Kitchen Manager day to day
Helping the team keep service smooth and consistent

We are looking for someone who is:

Kitchen experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter more. If you have worked in a busy kitchen, takeaway shop, QSR, cafe, restaurant or production kitchen, we would love to hear from you.
