About the Role
We’ve partnered with a respected national home builder to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales results and operational improvement across its national portfolio.

In this strategic role, you’ll play a key role in developing, implementing and executing sales action plans with an established major home builder, instilling best-practice sales methods to lift performance.

This position suits an astute sales skilled with a strong understanding of sales fundamentals and how to drive business performance through data, relationships, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse sales performance and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement tailored business plans that drive growth.
Lead onboarding and training programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
Deliver insights, dashboards and reporting to support decision-making.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set targets and track achievement.
Coach, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve best-practice results.

About You:
5+ years’ experience in new-home sales, business development, or performance improvement.
Proven track-record in achieving sales and operational goals.
Robust analytical and commercial capability.
Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
