We are seeking an experienced and motivated lawyer to join our team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, servicing long-standing clients while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with our team across a broad range of matters, including:
Litigation Lawyer
Running your own files autonomously
Personally, dealing directly with clients
Research
Liasing and instructing barristers
attending mediations and conciliation conferences
Managing files from start to finish with minimal supervision
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be capable of managing files independently
Possess strong drafting and negotiation skills
Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice
Be confident appearing in court and at mediations (where applicable)
Demonstrate excellent client relationship and communication skills
Have strong organisational and time management abilities
Thrive in a collaborative team setting
Have experience using LEAP (highly regarded)
