Boral's Recycling business at Emu Plains provides one of the region's most accessible sources of quality recycled construction materials and Fine Sand products.

We are currently seeking a motivated Plant Operator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the secure and efficient operation of both mobile and fixed plant equipment while contributing to the day-to-day success of the site.

Your Day Will Involve:
Safely operating mobile plant and equipment, including loaders, articulated dump trucks, excavators and water carts
Operating fixed plant, including the Wash Plant and Pug Mill
Performing basic maintenance and housekeeping activities
Participating in site safety initiatives, pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and incident reporting
Supporting continuous improvement activities and problem-solving initiatives
Working collaboratively with the site team to achieve production and safety targets

What Are We Looking For?
Experience operating mobile plant equipment, including loaders, articulated dump trucks, excavators, water carts and/or pug mills
VOC or relevant plant operating licences are advantageous but not essential
Previous quarry, recycling,



extractive industries or heavy industrial experience highly regarded
Strong commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental standards
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively within a team setting
Availability to work Monday to Saturday as required
