The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced section waiters/waitresses and bartenders to join our FOH team. If you are professional, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment, we want to hear from you.

Section Waiter / Waitress – What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience managing your own section in a high-end or busy restaurant
Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, skilled approach
Solid knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktails
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
Mandarin-speaking a plus
Current NSW RSA and full Australian working rights

Bartender – What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a cocktail bartender with strong knowledge of classic drinks
Experience in high-volume,



professional hospitality environments
Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service
Leadership experience and ability to work within a team setting
Valid RSA and competency card
Creative, hands-on, and proactive approach with a positive, ego-free attitude
Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Pay: $33.83 – $34.96 per hour
