Randstad has partnered exclusively with a leading Australian corporate business. Due to recent growth within the company, our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Document Controller to join their team in Perth CBD.

Your Current Role:
- Upload documents into approved document management systems.
Process routine document updates following established procedures.
Apply approved document numbering and filing conventions.
Update registers and document tracking systems.
Maintain document registers and tracking spreadsheets.
Assist with filing and organisation of electronic records.
Support migration of information between approved repositories.

About You
- Experience in CDE (common data setting) Autodesk Forma (previously known
as ACC Autodesk Construction Cloud) or similar programs.
Strong attention to detail. Good organisational skills. Basic Microsoft Office skills.




Ability to follow documented procedures.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn document management systems and processes
Experience document management systems and SharePoint.
Administration experience.
Records management experience.
Exposure to engineering, projects or construction environments.
