A growing dental practice with locations in Buderim and Maroochydore is looking for a motivated Dental Trainee to join the team on a full-time basis.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who has some dental experience and is looking to continue developing their skills in a supportive and professional practice environment.
About the Role
Working alongside an experienced dental team, you will assist with the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice while continuing to build your dental assisting skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting dentists during procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
Cleaning, sterilising and setting up instruments
Preparing materials for procedures
Supporting patients throughout their appointments
Maintaining infection control and practice standards
Assisting with stock management and general clinical duties
Providing support to the wider dental team as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has ideally 6 months' previous dental experience, preferably in a Dental Assistant or trainee role
Is keen to continue learning and developing their dental skills
Has a genuine interest in building a career in dentistry
Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work
Has a qualified and positive approach to patient care
Works well as part of a team
Is willing to work across both Buderim and Maroochydore
Previous dental experience is preferred, however, we are open to the right candidate who demonstrates a genuine interest in the industry and a willingness to learn.
