Nextt is looking for FEMALE Support Workers to join our team in Coffs Harbour. You’ll support a range of clients with personal care, mental health needs, daily living and community participation, making every shift a little different.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is adaptable, caring and confident working across both home and community-based settings.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker with Nextt, you may support clients with:
Personal care and everyday living activities
Mental health support, reassurance and encouragement
Building independence, confidence and daily living skills
Providing companionship and meaningful social connection
Supporting clients safely and respectfully in their homes

Pay Rates
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
Base hourly rate: $36.81
Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $41.23
Saturday: $51.54
Sunday: $66.26
Public holiday: $80.99
Requirements
You will need:
A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Working with Children Check - Employee
