About the Company:

Reporting through to a very highly experienced and supportive payroll manager, this role will give you the prospect to develop your skills in a collaborative environment.
About the Role:
Process end-to-end payroll for in line with relevant legislation and company policies.
Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, leave balances, and pay adjustments.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, superannuation, and other entitlements.
Interpret and apply relevant awards,
enterprise agreements, and workplace legislation.
Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits as required.
Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and qualified manner.
Skills and Experience
Previous payroll experience in a similar end to end role is essential.
Exposure to large payroll systems.
Experience with award interpretation is required
An in depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst working independently.
