We're looking for a bartender to support bar operations in Mr Mills and Marmelo. You will be working in a quick-paced, energetic setting where quality, creativity and service are always the focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
Engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock readiness.
Assist with stock rotation, inventory and reporting low stock or supply needs
Stay current with bar trends, seasonal offerings and signature cocktails.
