We’ve partnered with a highly regarded independent agency looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join its growing Sydney team.

This is a hands-on chance for someone who loves the technical side of paid search but also wants exposure to strategy, insights and client relationships. You'll work across well-known consumer brands, taking ownership of campaigns from planning and implementation through to optimisation and reporting.

What you'll be doing
Plan, build and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, performance and ongoing optimisation
Turn performance data into transparent insights, reports and recommendations
Contribute to strategy and work closely with clients and broader media teams





What we're looking for
3+ years' hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally within an agency
Strong SA360, eCommerce and Google Analytics experience
Confidence across Google and Bing, with strong performance reporting skills
Paid social, programmatic, Amazon/App Ads or emerging platform experience is a bonus
