What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 to 12 months management experience in hospitality or QSR Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team Solid commercial awareness with a focus on KPIs and financial performance Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills High standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences
