Ashley Group is looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join our Malaga-based team in a full-time role. You’ll work on specialist vehicles for some of WA’s most significant critical service, emergency and roadside assistance clients — all from our Perth-based facility.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design, fabricate and assemble custom vehicle components and frameworks
MIG and TIG welding, primarily aluminium
Produce high-quality structural and finished work
Read drawings and develop practical solutions where drawings aren't available
Problem-solve and contribute ideas to unique vehicle builds

What We’re Looking For
Experience in metal fabrication and MIG/TIG welding
Fabrication / Vehicle Body Building trade qualification preferred
Relevant automotive experience also highly regarded
2nd and 3rd-year apprentices welcome to apply
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current Australian driver’s licence
