Tide 'n Tidy Perth is a recent end of lease cleaning business, and we're looking for an experienced cleaner ready to lead — whether you're an experienced cleaner ready to step into a leadership role, or an experienced Team Leader looking for reliable extra hours.

What you'll do:
Depending on the property size, you may lead a team of cleaners in office, or work solo on smaller jobs — in which case you're responsible for bringing your own equipment and completing the full checklist independently.
Verify completed work against our vacancy checklist
Take before/after photos as proof of standard
Act as the main point of contact in office for each job
Coordinate timing and workflow for the day's job

What you need:
Proven cleaning experience (end of lease/vacate highly regarded)
Active ABN




Current Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain before starting)
National Police Clearance (mandatory)
Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented
Comfortable coordinating and communicating with clients
Own vehicle preferred (we can help arrange equipment access when you're starting out)
