We're on the hunt for a skilled Baker to join our high-volume production kitchen. If you love baking, thrive in a rapid-paced workplace, and take pride in consistent, high-quality product — this one's for you. You'll be at the heart of producing our much-loved ButterBoy Cookies and seasonal specials, helping us keep our stockists (and their customers) happy.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing and baking quality goods at scale to meet daily production targets
Weighing ingredients and preparing dough and fillings with precision
Managing the full batch process — loading, baking, unloading, cooling
Operating bakery machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Packing, sealing, and labelling product ready for delivery
Keeping an eye on stock levels and flagging shortages early
Helping train and support newer team members
Keeping your section clean, secure,
and compliant with food safety standards
What you'll bring:
2+ years' experience in a similar high-volume kitchen or bakery
A commercial cookery/pastry qualification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Solid knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
A keen eye for detail and consistency
A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
Current NSW Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate
