Accounts Payable Officer – Manufacturing

Location: Broadmeadows, VIC
Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour (Casual)
Hours: Full time | Monday to Friday

BC People is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Broadmeadows.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end accounts payable processing
Matching, coding and processing supplier invoices
Managing supplier statements and account reconciliations
Resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier queries
Processing payment runs
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with month-end accounts functions
Supporting the finance team with general administration tasks

Skills & Experience




Proven experience in a dedicated Accounts Payable role
Strong working knowledge of MYOB
Good Excel skills, including spreadsheets, formulas and data management
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills

Highly Regarded
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
Exposure to or experience using an MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) system
