As a Head Chef in our Happysoul Catering Group you’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service. You’ll lead by example, from hands-on cooking to mentoring your team and maintaining strong cost and quality controls.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, staff supervision, and consistent quality.
· Coordinating daily service and kitchen operation
Preparing and cooking food
· Menu development and daily specials
· Managing stock control, ordering and food costing
· Ensure quality and presentation of all foods.
· Training and developing kitchen staff.




· Manage staff rosters to ensure efficient coverage and optimal workflow.
· Receiving & storing food stocks, kitchen supplies and equipment
Advising on cooking procedures and demonstrating techniques
· Discussing food preparation issues with senior management
· Maintaining quality, preparation and presentation of dishes quality
· Implementing systems & procedures
· Implement, explain and enforcing hygiene regulations & secure workplace.
· Select and train staff.
· Freeze and preserve foods.

Key Requirement
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery & Diploma Level
Minimum 1 – 2 years experience as a Chef in a similar role
Adaptable availability, including weekends and evenings.
Positive attitude and solid team spirit
Honest, humble, and results-driven
