Apex Soft Tissue & Spine is a Chiropractic office based in Pymble, providing non-surgical care for chronic pain conditions.
We are seeking a Clinical Assistant (CA) to join our small team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a energetic role, encompassing clinical assistance in the treatment room and front desk / reception management.
Approx. 70% clinical and 30% front desk admin.
At the front desk you will be greeting patients, processing payments, scheduling appointments and responding to enquiries.
In the treatment room you will be directly assisting with treatment procedures and taking clinical notes. Proficiency/confidence with a Windows desktop/laptop workplace is a must for data entry.
With much of our work being via hands-on treatment techniques, your role is key in positioning the patient and working closely with the practitioner for maximum treatment effect and patient comfort.
You will be directly contributing to patient outcomes through your work in the treatment room, making this role uniquely fulfilling for the right person.
HOURS
The current requirement for this role is 2 x 6.5 hour shifts per week.
Thursday 7:45am – 2:15pm
Friday 7:45am – 2:15pm
The expected start for this role is Sept 2026.

We are a mostly-paperless practice and therefore proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office and Apple iOS (iPad) is required.
