Inclusive Nursing & Support is seeking an experienced and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our growing team supporting Aged care and NDIS participants in the following areas:
Ringwood, Doncaster and surrounding suburbs,
Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula.

We are a professional nursing-led provider focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with disability in their homes and community.

We are looking for someone who is committed, compassionate and experienced and available for consistent weekly hours (minimum 20 hours, up to full-time 38 hours).

Duties may include
Personal care
Implementing behaviour support strategies
Supporting structured routines
Household tasks
Community access and transportation
Skill development and social engagement
Emotional regulation and safety monitoring
Medication prompting or assistance

To be considered for this role, applicants must:
Live within reasonable distance of Ringwood VIC or be willing to travel there for shifts




or live within reasonable distance of Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong or be willing to travel there for shifts
Have regular weekly availability of at least 20 hours
Hold relevant disability or aged care qualification (or similar)
Have current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Have a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
