Wynnum West Bakery Cafe is a busy local bakery known for quality baked goods, outstanding coffee and a warm neighbourhood feel. We are looking for a Front of House team member to join our small, friendly team.
The role
Wednesday 11am to 3pm is a fixed shift, with a second shift each week depending on business need. Total hours across the 2 shifts will be roughly 5 to 8 hours.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
Making quality coffee (barista experience is a bonus, training provided if needed)
Decorating cakes and sweets with care and attention to detail
Helping keep the front of house running smoothly during busy periods
Working closely with the team to get things done
What we are looking for
Quick on your feet, especially when things get busy
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members
Reliable and punctual
A genuine people person who enjoys customer service
Comfortable getting hands on with decorating and presentation

Pay: $25.00 – $37.00 per hour
