BDS Mechanical is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. Working alongside our experienced Business Development Manager, you’ll travel throughout Queensland, build strong customer relationships, and help identify and develop new business prospects across the mechanical, mining, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel with the Business Development team to customer and mine sites across Queensland
Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships
Support the identification of new business opportunities
Promote company services and capabilities to new and existing clients
Maintain accurate customer records and site visit reports
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Work collaboratively with workshop and operations teams to support customer needs
About You:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, confident, and eager to learn
Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
Willingness to travel regularly throughout Queensland
Good organisational and time management skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
Current Driver’s Licence required
Previous sales, customer service, or mechanical industry experience highly regarded but not essential
