We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our established general practice in Haberfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing comprehensive, patient-centred primary healthcare and would like to work as part of a supportive general practice team.
The role
You will provide independent and cooperative primary healthcare to patients across a broad range of presentations, including:
Acute and minor illness
Chronic disease management
Preventive healthcare and health assessments
Women's and men's health
Medication management and prescribing within scope
Health education and lifestyle management
Follow-up and ongoing care
Referral and coordination with GPs and other healthcare professionals

About you
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who has:
Current AHPRA registration and Nurse Practitioner endorsement
Strong primary care/general practice experience
Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with GPs
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
Current professional indemnity insurance and appropriate prescribing authority
Experience in general practice, chronic disease management and/or urgent primary care will be highly regarded.
