Australia's largest independent automotive parts supplier is looking for someone to join their team.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused sales person to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for all things automotive, robust communication skills, and a desire to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Automotive experience is an advantage but not essential as full on-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and identify automotive parts accurately for retail and trade customers
Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
Use electronic catalogues and supplier systems to source parts
Process sales, quotes, orders, and invoices efficiently
Assist with stock control, inventory management, and merchandising
Maintain robust relationships with suppliers and customers




Support workshop and trade enquiries with technical parts advice
Ensure the store is presented professionally and safely at all times

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in automotive spare parts preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive components and accessories
Experience using parts catalogues and computer systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
