About the role

You will provide personalised care and support in the client’s home, helping to maintain their comfort, dignity and quality of life. Duties may include:




Providing compassionate personal care and assistance with daily activities
Supporting comfort and wellbeing
Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition
Supporting family members with a calm and reassuring approach
Following individualised care plans and clinical instructions
Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with the wider care team
Providing respectful, dignified end-of-life care
