In this essential role, you will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment to support the company's manufacturing. What you'll be doing
Operate a range of machines and equipment to process raw materials, assemble products, and prepare goods for distribution
Monitor machine performance and perform routine minor maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality
Follow strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Work collaboratively with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or challenges
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and increase productivity
Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in similar manufacturing
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret instructions
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work workplace
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
Relevant qualifications or certifications in machine operation or manufacturing are highly desirable
Australian work rights are required for this position
